This has such a great taste that I rarely forget to take it because I look forward to the strawberry/banana flavor. It mixes well in a smoothie but usually just put it on a spoon and take it that way.

This flax oil tastes shockingly amazing, and I like the liquid form rather than taking a capsule. This was the best price i could find for the product, and I like how easy it is to get omega 3s without having to take some gross-tasting fish oil. I am taking this to help my eczema & give myself some healthy fats.
Delicious to take on it's own or in yogurt. It quite creamy and sweeet. No taste of flax seed oil at all, perfect for people who are sensitive to the taste of the oil. I cant see the immediate effects yet, but I read the taking Omega 3 is great to help reduce Inflammation and Eczema symptoms and it has helped in the past.
