Taste is amazing! Great crunch and satisfy my craving for sugary wafer. The size is pretty big, sometimes I can control myself and not eat the entire bar. It's 220cal per bar which is quite a bit and similar to a candy bar. Obviously with better macros given the higher protein count. However, ingredient could be way better and cleaner, they should remove inflammatory oil like palm and canola oil, maltodextrin etc
