Excited to try this for the first time. Been staying on plant based protein shakes. Hoping it will help for my muscle building and weight loss simultaneously. Though the serving size is actually quite large (63.5g) for the protein serving (20g). The outside packaging is ok but it’s so hard to open the inner seal.
