This is my second bottle and I am very happy with it. It really helps with my appetite since I used to eat a lot and snacks a lot, but after taking this capsules I don’t feel hungry. I take 2 capsules 30 minutes before my lunch and dinner ( please note that I usually eat dinner around 6 pm, and I sleep around 11 pm. Do not take this capsules within 5 hrs before your bedtime). With proper diet and exercise it will really helps in managing your weight
Helps curbs my appetite! I don't feel like snacking after taking the capsules. I can take. It any time of the day without worrying that this might affect my sleeping routine since this product is non stimulant.
Works well so far in suppressing appetite and providing energy. It’s the non-stimulant version but there is still coffee extract in this if you look at the ingredients. Just note in case you’re sensitive to caffeine

Love this product to take late afternoon/evening for appetite control because it is caffeine free so you wont get jitters or keep awake for those who don't do well with caffeine. I take the Hydroxy Cut Black in the mornings but take 1-2 pills early am and drink coffee throughout the day so depending on what i eat and am doing, just monitor your caffeine intake and sensitivity if you have any.
While I am taking less than the recommended amount, I know this is working.
