The taste is not great, but the ingredients are worth it. Gets you energized for your workout and helps you get in more reps. There is a tingling sensation about 10-20 minutes after drinking it because of the beta alanine, but its bearable.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it tastes a little too chemically. Overall good though fir pump and focus
