I have tried countless Glucosamine/Chond supplements and then I discovered this one ; when I used it for my senior dog with severe hip dysplasia , she had it from an early age. Got different stuff from the vet that worked kinda okay but had lots of side effects.
You know when your dog gets all happy after it’s washed dried and hairs cut; especially living in the heat. It’s like they got a new lease on life. Well, I gave these pills to her and BAM! , she wanted to get up and play all the time and she was already age 13.
So I knew it worked for her ; so thought,”What about me? I got aches and my joints sometimes hurt. “
So now I use it. It actually works pretty good . I’m not jumping up and down like I’m five; but the pain is drastically reduced .
Now my husband takes it and he states that it works wonders and I notice if he’s run out because he’s less flexible and starts whining again.
So this brand is awesome and there’s also another brand called Osteo Bi-Flex. That worked on my dog as well. It worked okay on me but the Move -Free is the one.
So you will have to try both brands and see how it works for you.
It doesn’t matter which ones you take of the move-free , just make sure the ingredients have the Glu/Cho as they help each other , in other words it’s like taking d3 with K2.
One version of move-free has more sodium in it which I try to avoid and one has MSM.(the blue label) Adlai the blue label one you only need 2 pills instead of 3. I’m not a good pill swallower, if that’s a word. The pills are average size , they don’t get stuck in your throat, but I do wish the pills would be half the size.
