I'm not diabetic, but I was looking for a low glycemic oatmeal to make oat meal milk and for regular porridge, hoping that it would be lighter on my digestive system. Results: 1) Oatmeal milk didn't work out. 2) The porridge didn't feel lighter, and 3) Didn't feel lighter that the regular one. The jury is still out till I am going to do a final comparison with regular oatmeal.

This Oatmeal was pretty good! I like the texture, the taste and ease of cooking it on the stove. Felt it was high quality ingredient in it, and definitely better for your breakfast than the average oatmeal and having low GI makes it even better. Package size could have been a bit bigger, but this is alright too.
