This was a pretty good probiotic for me for years, but then I discovered Renew Life Women's 90 billion formula (which has L Reuteri and more). The Renew Life brand has a much more clear action and effect when I take it. So I'm sticking wit it instead. The Align isn't bad, it just wasn't as beneficial for me.
