A great complete probiotic for women, the high quantity of lactobacillus in it is great for womens flora. It also has a couple bacterias for gut health as well. The size of the capsules are just a bit larger than what I'm used to, but not a problem.

Have been consuming this for one month and it help with my eczema. It helps with itch too.
