I tried this the first time with a sample because I was trying to get away from the poor nutritional value and excessive plastic waste of eating ramen every afternoon to hold me over until dinner. My first impression when trying this product was "It tastes good!" I mean, it actually tastes GOOD. Wasn't expecting that, so it was a welcome surprise. I respect the wide variety of foods included in the formula, and have to say that it is very satisfying and keeps me from getting hungry again for quite a long time (several hours to all day). Now that I have the big tub, I'm even happier about the choice. It's a convenient way to have something healthy and tasty to eat when you're in a pinch, to hold you over when a regular meal is getting there but not close enough to avoid being uncomfortably hungry while waiting, or a late night snack when you don't really feel like making something to avoid quick but sugary options. Also, I have a tendency to feel very tired after eating, but this doesn't weigh my brain down at all. That could be due to the fact that there are no added sugars, just the ones naturally occurring in the excellent fruit ingredients, and because it's well balanced, with a generous amount of natural protein and lots of fiber. Low calorie, MUCH less sodium than the ramen I'm getting away from, and a nice boost of potassium as well. At this stage I'm just using one scoop in about half a glass of water once or sometimes twice a day. At that rate, and with 80 scoops in the bucket, it will last nearly three months, so it's about as cost effective as the ramen was. Perfect swap for me. Try it, maybe it will work for you too!
