I luv Ginkgo biloba and this was one of the most affordable ways I found to take it. The dosage is right, the extract is pattented and standardized, so you know it´s nearly the same batch to batch and it is an effective one. No unecessary ingredients as well. Everyone is different, so it may have different effects on you, or maybe even none. I can notice a subtle difference on the days when I take it, but the real bennefits come after taking it for a few weeks. As with any herbal supplement and adaptogens, I like to cycle, so as soon as my bottle ends, I´ll take a break from it, pick some other adaptogens and buy this again later. IMO, It is worth it.
