it is important to take care of our liver. according to chinese traditional medicine, a "heaty" and congested liver leads to anger and depression problems. apart from taking chinese herbal formula to cleanse my liver, i find milk thistle helps too. i also do the olive oil/grapefruit juice liver cleanse peroidically. for electrosensitive people (like me), i find it is very impt to do the olive oil liver cleanse because otherwise the mercury/lead just keeps getting recycled in yr bile.
