I really like this pre workout. It tastes great and I notice a real effect even with less than the standard dose. I often use 1/2 a scoop and drink in large bottle of water during my workouts. I get a steady energy to fuel the lifts and cardio!
Love this pre workout! Pushes me through my workout and doesn’t interrupt my sleep ( I take it around 4 PM and sleep at 10 PM). The flavor is good and is an upgrade from the previous formula.
