So excited to find a calcium supplement that includes natural calcium from egg shells. I really like Dr Mercola products and am thrilled that this has Vitamins D3 and K2 so Calcium gets to the bones and does not accumulate elsewhere. I like that this product includes a big volume of tablets. Often I find myself with other products wishing they had bigger bottles/volume of tablets available. I am taking one a day and looking to increase the dose with my integrative functional medicine doctor. I always try to get Calcium from natural foods where possible but have never tolerated dairy even as a colicy baby so this product is ideal along with an increase where possible in diet.
