I think this is a great product. I hurt my back doing a deadlift in bad form (my fault) 3 months ago. There wasn't any serious damage but the nagging back pain in my lumbar simply refused to go away. On my trainer's advice, I started on a course of magnesium and zinc. It has been 10 days so far and the pain is actually receding. This product is a life saver for me.
I like the Zinc form Aspartate which is better absorbed the Magnesium amount is perfect the 30 mg dose is supposed to be a little high for girls but never mind, it works just fine for me, I have more energy to ride my bicycle !
