gaea makes several different olive oils; i like this one best because it has higher quality of environment protection. like some other olive oils it is organic so no pesticides used in production. but more unique is that this product guarantees a low carbon footprint, in terms of packaging and shipping as well as production process of its singular ingredient of pressed olive oil. i use this oil in my cooking and baking, since it has a mild taste. i appreciate the fact that the bottle includes a pouring spout.
