The ingredients and quality of the product are good. However, the taste is way too sweet, it's sweeter than PEScience protein powder. Also, unlike vegan or whey protein powder, egg white protein will be cooked if mixed into oatmeal. Although, the size of the protein powder is relatively larger than other containers. For this price, I will probably stick to vegan or PEScience protein powders.
