i love how this tastes on pancakes, instead of syrup. it would make a good substitute for honey, as well. it has less sugar and carbs than syrup and honey, too, which is really nice. still tastes very sweet, though. the only thing i don't like about it is that it comes in a jar (can be messy to use), rather than in a squeeze bottle.
