Jarrow Formulas are just always the quality ones and overall great! Though a bit expensive I like it a lot. The benefits were just as advertised, helped my guts with absorption because I almost don't eat dairy products with lacto and bifido bacteria. I also ordered 2 other top manufacturers to take in turns so I guess I have all sorts of microbiom inside me now. Usually I take 1 pill every 2-3 days.
