not keto friendly. one of the greedy companies who pray on earning money on keto. soluble tapioca fiber is not a real fiber, and according to FDA big companies have gotten a deadline yo update ingredientlists to not calculate soluble tapioca fiber as fiber. isomalt is worse then tablesugar. i have been kicked out of ketosis because of this product. in addition, kissmyketo products often get my stomach to become litle bit too loose. the products in itself tastes ok/good.

One of my fav snacks! These are super delicious and flavourful! Also the bag of these fishies is nog and reminds me of Mary Poppin’s Purse, you keep reaching in and the fish keep coming! My only warning is, they are quite chewy and get stuck to your teeth easily. For me it’s worth it, especially when I’m craving sugar - it prevents me from eating 1/2 the contents of my fridge. A bit of floss and you’re as good as new, not to mention insanely satisfied! Woohoo 5 stars for you!
