After using nettle root extract for a long time, I tried Super Miraforte. After a month, I can't say that I feel any improvement, I would even say that there was a certain decrease in physical performance after stopping Nettle root exctract. This is not to say that the product is ineffective, but it has not yet convinced me that it is better than Nettle root. Another thing is the relatively high price. It seems that the medicine lowers the blood pressure in my case.
