One spray is all that is needed to assist my son in falling asleep. The lid does seem to leak a bit and the spray is more of a squirt, maybe because it squirts out it runs down the bottle a little.

Great product, no fillers, and very effective. It has a very long-lasting effect. I have tried different melatonins and there is no comparison with this one for your little one. I would say it's even better than the regular Davinci melatonin. Somewthing I have to mention, this is the best pharmacy I buy from. Buying in Canada is very difficult because there are lot's of products not available and these guys send fast and cheap! Look no further

We got these for my son who was having trouble sleeping. We saw that it helped calm him for him to get to sleep, but it is hard to say if he got a better night sleep overall.
