My go-to at the first sign of a cold! Small enough that you can fit it into your pocket to take to work but not so small that it finishes quickly - on the contrary mine lasts for quite a few colds. The flavour is a bit sweet like manuka honey with a hint of something stronger. Like a tincture almost! Really does wonders for sore throats.

This spray works wonderfully for me. After the covid infection, I suffered from the long covid. This spray helps me to relieve dry and irritated throat and it helps to stop my occasional cough.
