This has a great lemony flavor with just a touch of the Szechuan pepper tingle. If you are looking for spicy, this won't do it - but it is a great addition to plenty of dishes.

I use freshly cracked pepper on almost everything but this smoked pepper really adds a nice smoky taste. I will buy this again.
