I have been using this brand of magnesium citrate for over 20 years now. While I have tried other brands, none of them compares to this one. I have been very satisfied with the product, but the one thing that always bugged me was the container, which was kind of tall. When you are ready to make your magnesium, you need to measure it out with a measuring spoon, but as you get close to the bottom of the container, it was really hard to reach the magnesium even with a measuring spoon. So, I was ecstatic when I realized they had modified the shape of the jar. This made it so much easier to get all of the product out. Anyway, it is the same great product they have made for years, but just in a shorter and wider container. I highly recommend this product.
I LOVE this product as it's the only one that works without a ridiculously sized dose. This means it's not only effective for constipation from IBS, but also cost-effective, especially compared to other products here in Australia. The price has hiked quite a bit recently, but it's still worth it.
It restored my wife's natural bowel movement eliminating constipation she suffered from even though she exercises hours five or more days a week and eats healthy (fruits, vegetables, no beef). For me it reduced my back pain. improved the consistency of my bowel movement. The quantity will last several months. I gather it is absorbed well as it works. The combination of magnesium with calcium and then the acidic base must be a very effective combination and quality of ingredients as the effects we're almost immediately.
my favorite magnesium to take. I prefer this version without the flavoring because I believe it takes away from the true ingredients. I think this quality of magnesium is good. been using this brand for 2 years and my anxiety has reduced, better sleep quality, and I feel very relaxed after I take it. great if you have hormone issues
I love this drink but its very expensive. The quality is great, works like its supposed to, the package is great. My joints and muscles relax when I take it.
This magnesium powder is probably one of my favorite supplements. It helps with my muscle spasms and stiffness and I like that this one has calcium. The calcium helps with my acid reflux at night.
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
