Tried these on a whim, as a break from my normal Nature's Plus vitamins, and they were great. The have the good methylcobalamin B12, which is important to me, and they have that easy digestibility. I usually hold Nature's Way in high regard, as they generally use quality ingredients, ad these hold true to this standard.
I get these multivitamins for my husband (age over 60) and he likes this particular brand and package. It's pricey (one star down)! But he likes the quality/potency, the ingredients are in line with what he is looking for in his own health support.He says the taste is negligible but the tablets are big and a daily serving is three of these! The size is not my problem, but my hubs likes to stretch these out by taking just one a day on top of his other supplements and daily activity and he seems content.
