We have been using colostrum for better immunity for a while. I have to say, it is really helpful. It’s proven scientifically and I also see the positive effect for the immunity. I was just surprised that there is no spoon inside the bottle, so I will use a normal teaspoon but not sure if I will get the amount correctly.
