I've tried a number of EAA products over 1-2 years now. I was interested in research that found that EAAs consumed with a protein rich meal were effective at increasing muscle protein synthesis (MPS), ie they were good for increasing/maintaining muscle. This is probably my favorite EAA product. It isn't the most inexpensive EAA (unflavored are always cheaper), but I think it is the best with regards to the EAA content and it has other nice things like elctrolytes and a gram of taurine per dose. It has a great taste too and would be easy to swap out unhealthy drinks with this. I personally add some creatine to it along with some lime juice. I found it to have a great flavor , yes it’s very sweet but I diluted it for the gym in probably 60 oz of water! My trainer feels I’m getting stronger and complaining less, so we are thinking this is working! Even got her some as well. Great price!

this is a great drink with good ingredients size and quality. the taste isn't the best but that just because I don't really like coconut and pineapple. it's helps with muscle energy I can bench rep 75kg which is alot more than before. the package is good too.
I like the apple pear flavor way more than this but this flavor is still okay. The ingredients are decent. The price is very reasonable. The quality of this eaa is awesome for what the price is. Also one scoop is way more than the 13g written on the bottle. I take this during my training.
I really like the quality and size of this product. I chose ans EAA because it has the ingredients I want and need for my body to receive benefits from working out. It also mixes well!
The quality and ingredients of this EAA are so clean. I use this for hydration and muscle recovery, it tastes delicious. My body feels great the next morning with all the benefits, and I’m ready to train with good energy.
great taste and quality, during extensive workout it was help recovery, ingredient are exactly what body required, EAA is much better than BCAA, it will help muscle recovery and produce energy as well highly recommend
The quality of these amino acids is much better than the regular branched amino acids as your body will metabolism them faster! I noticed great improvement in the intensity of my workouts and post-workout recovery! My mates at the gym were even asking what I’m taking!
