This is another one of the functional mushrooms that I’m taking from Om Mushrooms. I only take these on weekends and usually take 3 capsules along with Vitamin C for better absorption. On workdays, I take Lion’s Mane. I’ve been following this routine for the past 2 years and have not fallen sick. This Mushroom is what I was looking for. I used to take suplement and coffee to make awake and ready to start at the gym early in the morning. But I would stay awake all day and having a difficult time sleeping at night. I tried many sleeping aids supplement and/ or practices, but it did not work. I got this Reishi to help with my diabetes, but was surprised to feel calm and aurged to go into a deep sleep at night and an exelant short naps at mid day without sercyfiying my deep night sleep. I am ordering 2 more bottles to use 3 tables a day instead of using 2 a day

The dosage is weak, reishi’s dosage is 3g or more to take effect then after 3-4 months lower to 1-2g per day for maintenance

When I opened it and looked at the capsules, with a strong scent of reishi, I knew that this was going to be a high quality product, after taking these capsules I was not wrong, believe me I have taken reishi for a while now, and have bought 6 different brands of reishi on iHerb, this has helped me maintain clarity, Definitely an underrated product. I want to give it 5 stars, but i can't when 90 Capsules is the only option, an option for 120 or over would be perfect.

LS! I bought this because of a woman I knew that had a recurring bladder infection. She tried it. The rest I swallowed myself hoping for a longer life. Although it is not clear to me if it slows the aging process or just makes you live longer.
