I think it's hard to get all the Calcium you need in a day, especially if you are mostly vegan. I like that this product doesn't have a lot of additives and that the additives present seem pretty benign. I think this product does give you calcium you can use. My nails do seem to grow faster with it (that's just the evidence I'd be able to see). I only take half a dose daily (2 pills).

I tried Calcium Carbonate for a few months and didn't see much results. I specifically am calcium deficient and have brittle nails. This was a calcium citrate that I heard is absorbed better. I like the veggie capsules because the tablets are a bit unpalatable and have an aftertaste. This brand is super powdery so just make sure to wash your hands after handling, but otherwise easy to swallow and does make a difference.
