The quality of trimmers is good however they have been constantly falling down when running. If you use them for legs exercises then it should be okay ,they don't move as much. Thigh area sweats quite a bit. Packaging is really good,loved a bag it came in.

It was hard not to be constantly chafed I stopped using after awhile I think u need extra discipline. It does make I sweat but need some help to get it going. Definitely doesn’t help u lose the fats in that area on its own feels like u need to put some product n that isn’t great
