This is just a bunch of mycelium, tastes like saw dust, not Reishi. Very little active ingredients in it, if any. Very expensive for what it is, will not buy again. I buy now only mushroom supplements that are 100% fruiting body.

I’ve tried all the reishi out there .. this is 4 types of reishi blended also with spores .. I emailed the company and it also has an enzyme in the formals to help your body break down the mushroom.. it’s expensive tho but you cannot beat the long lasting feeling you get from this one
