My Dr told me I should take DHEA. I decided to take 7-Keto DHEA because of it supposedly increases a person's energy level. I can honestly say I have done more around my house since being on this product. My energy levels are amazing. As far as other side effects, I've been taking it for less than a week so I think it's too soon to tell anything about other side effects.

The write-up says weight loss but absolutely no weight loss. I decided to eat how I was doing prior to the pills, no weight loss. Then I reduced everything I ate, along with the pills and had...weight loss, but of course I did. I marked the weight loss and final week, I ate the same without the pills and a little weight loss. I then did same food with pills, no weight loss. Sorry but cost a lot for nothing. Don't waste your money. Reduce food amount always we have weight loss.
