This is the best magnesium out there. I have been taking it for several years. It is really important for your body. This supplement combines two excellent forms of magnesium in one capsule without a lot of fillers. They are on the large side for capsules, and a bit harder for us to swallow as we age, but I don't think there is such thing as a small magnesium capsule. In fact, a full dosage of these is actually 2 capsules. Given their size and cost, we typically take just one capsule at bedtime, but we still notice benefits such as improved sleep and fewer muscle cramps.

I’ve been taking this type of magnesium and brand for quite some time and it seems that was working perfectly for leg cramps issue. However, not as often as it used to but cramps came back.
