I have been using this brand of Maca for over 13 years, but recently switched from the powder caps to this powder version. I am so glad I did because it seems to last me a lot longer than taking the caps, so this is a greater value!
Great quality. I stick to 1/8 of a tsp. Any higher is too energizing for me at this time . No issues w inbalances or anything but I read it’s good to take a short break every so often.
Still trying it , but heard a lot of good feedback about it . I have been dealing with imbalanced hormones for long periods and definitely want to go for natural remedies rather than medications

Whole World Botanicals, Royal Maca Superfood is an amazing product. It helps with balancing my hormones and alleviating PMS. I have experimented with other brands, but, in my opinion, this product is the best one, yet. A little goes a loooong way and IT IS ORGANIC! Yaaaay!

I’ve tried several brands, but I always come back to this one. Gives me the boost I need to get through the day. I add half a tsp to my coffee and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy and mood.
I took it for a few days and I'm pretty sure it made me slightly depressed. So I stopped and after a few more days felt normal again. I've read that some people have such a reaction to maca. That being said, I know this brand is supposed to be good, so I'm leaving 3 stars. My advice is to start with a really low dose and see how your body reacts.
