1. Dip - Immerse the strip into the urine for 5-10 seconds. 
2. Wait - Lay the test strip flat on a clean, dry, and non-absorbent surface. Wait for 5 minutes. 
3. Read - Read the result between 5-10 minutes. 

Compare reference line on the color chart attached to the package to find your LH level.
