I’ve been taking this product but haven’t seen amazing results yet. However, I’ll continue using it. It has helped me reduce the amount of food I eat, which is a positive change.

I have been taking this product as directed for a couple of weeks now. The capsules are easy to take, but I have not noticed any change in my feeling of fullness. I will not purchase these again.

It definitely gives a feeling of satiety, I did feel the difference. I liked it and will probably buy it again. The capsules have the taste and smell of a nutritional supplement for those who know.

Very wonderful for weight management and appetite suppressant. It contains full fiber and when drunk with plenty of water, it makes you feel full. A wonderful product. Suitable quantity. Airtight container.

I loved this supplement; it helped me at a time when I needed it. I now practice intermittent fasting and eat no added sugar, gluten, or casein, but I do eat vegetables and protein at lunch and dinner, and I don't eat after 8 p.m. I also do gentle activity like walking. The process is long, so don't feel guilty when you slip up with family, friends, etc. Accepting your imperfections is a great source of inspiration; life is beautiful, and life is now.
