Hello. This is the second time I’ve bought these effervescent vitamin C tablets, I really like them, they’re tasty and healthy. I learned about this vitamin from my sister; their whole family has been saving themselves with this vitamin for a long time during the flu and cold season. At the very beginning of a cold or ARVI, I immediately take a loading dose of 2-4 tablets at night and wake up in the morning completely fine. My husband is constantly on the road, so he always has these vitamins with him just in case. Even if you get sick, you still recover faster with them. This is a really great product. We recently took a 10-tablet pack, and now a new 64-tablet pack has come out. An adult got sick first, then a child.
