I take one tablet a day. I drink it with a large glass of water or eat it during lunch. It is desirable that before the coating dissolves, the tablet can reach the intestine, where an alkaline medium is the norm. So far, everything is fine. But, everything is individual. Be healthy!

I found this product to be of excellent quality. It helps alkalize your body, is colorless and tasteless, and easy to swallow. The active ingredient works perfectly for my digestion. You can take it every day; it comes with 90 pills. I feel more active and it has no side effects.

These Alkalife tablets help my body stay balanced. I feel more energetic and less tired. The enteric-coated formula works gently and doesn't cause stomach upset. Very satisfied with the quality—highly recommended!

I've been taking Alkalife's pH Balance tablets to support my overall health and well-being, and I've been very pleased with the results. The enteric-coated tablets are easy to swallow and have no noticeable aftertaste, which makes them convenient to take. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health since I started using them. It's a great option for anyone looking to maintain a healthy pH balance and enhance their overall well-being.

Quality and benefits.

A must-have product if your saliva pH is acidic, a sign that your body is not healthy. The enteric coating offers something no other over-the-counter product can match, making it a truly excellent product. It effectively normalizes pH, and the results are easy to measure with pH strips.

Hard to find elsewhere

I really like these, but the shipping on the Alkalife website to Canada is $50, so I only buy these on iHerb. The size of the tablets is really small so they are convenient to take. They are a good price for 90 tablets. The quality is good because they are enteric coated which is hard to find in other alkalizing supplements.

Very good enteric-coated tablet 1 balances the body's pH value, does not affect gastric acid concentration, and increases alkalinity. The only enteric-coated tablet! ! ! ! !

This pH balance is definitely the right product to buy. I used to wake up every morning with my eyes swollen, but now they are no longer swollen after taking pH balance. It's a great product.

I’m not sure of the effect!

The ingredients are a 100% on point, but when it’s taken, I feel a reaction in my body! It could be a good thing.. Time will tell! We are dealing with the big C and bicarbonate is a strong supplement. The size of the pill is normal with no taste. Very good quality.
