For the thyroid gland
सत्यापित खरीदारी
This brand's quality is always top-notch, so I bought it without even looking. I bought this complex for my thyroid. I'd previously taken selenium and Vitamin E separately, but this time I decided to take a combination of other vitamins. The only thing is that the selenium dosage is a bit low for me, so I add 100 mcg, and the other ingredients are in sufficient doses. I take this for two months, twice a year. The capsule size is not small, similar to omega-3. But it works well.

Perfect formula
सत्यापित खरीदारी
This supplement has an excellent antioxidant formulation: Vitamins A, C, E, and Selenium. All of these ingredients help protect against free radicals, while Vitamin C and Selenium also support immunity. Additionally, if you want to support thyroid health, the Selenium content makes it beneficial for that as well. The capsules are quite large, but easy to swallow with a normal amount of water. After a two‑month course, my skin and hair have improved (though I was also taking collagen at the same time).

A group of wonderful vitamins. It is a good nutritional supplement that needs to be used continuously. Usually, vitamin supplements need time to show benefit.
