exactly the shape! I recommend it

I took this complex to support bones and muscles during periods of increased stress. The tablets are medium-sized, easy to swallow, without an unpleasant taste or smell, which is important to me. Gradually, I felt less tension in my body and a more calm state in the evening. The quality is high, the packaging is strong, the shelf life is fresh.

We like the product because the capsules are convenient and easy to swallow, and the benefits are enormous. It gives you lots of energy and the results are excellent!

It's a good company; all their supplements are high-quality. The price may be a little higher than similar products on the market, but it's a matter of personal preference. The cheaper the cheaper, the less effective.

A good supplement with essential minerals. The quality of the brand is very excellent. The price with the discount is quite pleasant. Both calcium and magnesium are very important for the body, and together they complement each other's effects.

Carlson Chelated Cal-Mag is a dietary supplement that combines calcium and magnesium in chelated forms that are more bioavailable (better absorbed by the body) than some other forms of the mineral. Regular intake is aimed at supporting bone, muscle, nervous system and cardiovascular function.

कैप्सूल का आकार बहुत बड़ा है, निर्माता बुरा नहीं है, लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि इसका आंतों पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है।
