Lutein received, very exquisite black opaque small bottle, the formula I like very much, the ratio of lutein and zea yellow is 6:1, which can effectively resist blue light damage, the dose of 6 mg per day, is also deliberately chosen, the logistics are super fast, and the shopping experience is very good!

About 20 years ago, my eye doctor noticed the faintest of indications that I might develop macular degeneration. He recommended this 6 mg dose of lutein as a preventative, mentioning that he was doing the same thing. It was worked extremely well and he is confident that neither of us will develop the MD. It was easy to find then, but now local stores only carry the 20 mg dose, so I'm thrilled that iHerb still carries it. I truly really on it.

I bought lutein for my child. The low dose is one tablet a day to protect the eyes and prevent myopia from worsening. The taste and packaging are normal, and the small particles are easy to swallow. I hope it can improve vision and reduce eye strain.

Lutein to improve vision
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I work a lot at the computer, so I periodically take drugs to improve visual acuity. Lutein is a carotenoid that is necessary for the health of the retina and eye. It has antioxidant properties, protects the retina from bright light, slows down the formation of cataracts. Lutein absorbs ultraviolet rays harmful to the eyes,

Carlson is a well-known, established brand with safe and reliable ingredients. I happened to catch a discount promotion, so the price was fantastic, and I ordered immediately! The 180-capsule pack is very generous, and the softgels are beautifully made and easy to swallow. Taking them on an empty stomach or after meals didn't cause any stomach discomfort. The ingredients are simple, without any unnecessary additives. After taking them for a few weeks, I feel a significant improvement in overall eye comfort, and seeing things is much easier. Buying them during a sale was truly a great deal!

Lutein

The best friends for eye health are lutein and fish oil. For those with high myopia, it's best to take a fish oil and lutein capsule daily to protect the eyes and prevent disease. After taking lutein, the eyes feel like they have higher quality components and are less prone to soreness and dryness.
