I bought this for my father. He was taking medication to lower his blood pressure, but after taking potassium, he found that his blood pressure dropped even more, so he stopped taking the medication and switched to potassium.

The leg cramps have gone away
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Lately, I've been experiencing very painful leg cramps every night. I read that it could be due to a potassium deficiency, so I ordered some. I take potassium and magnesium in the evening. The cramps are gone, and the muscle pain and heaviness are gone. These pills also helped with the twitching nerve under my eye.

It would be a good idea to check your potassium levels after the test, but many people are deficient in this element. If you have heart problems or poorly controlled blood pressure, potassium will help bring it back to normal.

Not a very pleasant form to swallow
सत्यापित खरीदारी
The composition contains pure potassium, the size is a little inconvenient to take, but in general such a mineral is always necessary for proper digestion and absorption of vitamins and activation of hormones. A necessary supplement to replenish potassium deficiency. The benefits can only be judged if you take it separately, so I can't say for sure. The taste is so-so, like regular minerals. Overall, I'm happy with the quality.

I liked it
सत्यापित खरीदारी
This potassium supplement is of good quality: the ingredients are pure, the formula is minimalist, and there are no unnecessary additives. The tablets are small and smooth, making them easy to divide if you need to reduce the dosage. There's virtually no taste, making it more comfortable to take. The packaging is standard for Carlson—a sturdy jar with a tight-fitting lid, keeping everything dry and neat inside. The minerals are excellent, and I'll definitely be buying more. The benefits are superb.

The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't cause any stomach upset. I felt the effect after just a week. They taste good and dissolve easily. After taking them, I felt a surge of energy. I completed the course. There were no side effects, and my overall health improved. The price matches the quality. This supplement works, and I'll be ordering more.
