Product is Valerian root in pure vegetable glycerin and water. That's it. No hidden alcohol like I've found in other Valerian Root extracts.

Great product without alcohol. Have used for years and really like it. It has a strong taste, but all valerian products do. It is my favorite valerian root extract.

Excellent natural (herbal) supplement from valerian root (ingredients). I take one pipette before bed. The supplement really helps to relax, promotes restful sleep (improvements, benefits, dosage). The extract has a specific pleasant natural smell and taste of valerian. The quality is excellent.

Received quickly. Large glass bottle, convenient pipette for administration. Well calms down. True, one pipette is not enough for me, two are great. Maybe over time one pipette will be enough. Classic valerian scent. I definitely recommend it👍🏻

Valerian Root Extract has high-quality, natural ingredients that help me relax and fall asleep more easily without feeling groggy the next day. The liquid is smooth with an earthy, slightly bitter taste, but it’s not too strong when mixed with water. The bottle is a good size with a secure dropper, keeping it fresh and easy to use as part of a calming nighttime routine.

I used it during the day the first time and it didn't affect my work concentration, so I thought it was good. I'll try it for a few more days. It tastes like fermented jackfruit, sweet.
