I used it and found the quality to be generally good. The ingredients and quantity were good, and it was beneficial for my condition and health. The effect was good; the supplement is generally good, the taste is acceptable, and the packaging was sufficient. I would like to purchase it again in the future. In all aspects, I liked the product and found it beneficial.

I'm taking this mixture in combination with cholesterol-lowering supplements, excluding only red yeast rice. I trust the manufacturer's quality. The dosage is 1 capsule twice daily. I'll evaluate the benefits when I have my blood tested in October. The capsules are medium-sized and have a neutral taste. My problem is that despite dieting and fairly active work, I can't lose the weight I gained after turning 50 (I'm 57). I've seen time and again that herbs can be just as effective as pharmaceuticals while being healthier. Therefore, I hope to improve my metabolism by improving digestion. The ingredients include plants known as superfoods and antioxidants. Healthy eating is everything, as they say.

After severe stress, my hair started falling out after three months! So I ordered these vitamins, which have a good composition and quality! I'll be taking them for three months in combination with topical serums.
