I really liked this supplement. It has a truly amazing formula for supporting sleep and relaxation. However, it's important to keep in mind that 5 mg of melatonin per 2 capsules is a fairly high dosage, so I started cautiously, with half a capsule. Now I've worked my way up to about one and a half capsules, and that's perfect for me. My sleep has become much more restful and better, it's easier to fall asleep, and in the morning I feel rested and much better. I don't have that feeling of waking up hard. For people who suffer from sleep problems and disrupted sleep patterns, this supplement is simply indispensable.
