Aside from Bisglycinate, been researching for another kind of magnesium that i can take and this one tick the boxes. And this kind is also highly absorbable form of magnesium. It is primarily used to enhance cognitive function, improve memory, boost focus, and support sleep. By raising brain magnesium levels, it may promote synaptic density and protect against cognitive decline. And ive been hearing Dr Mercola, so this might be quality.

Magnesium threonate for the brain and nervous system
This formula is unique in that it contains magnesium L-threonate, one of the few forms of magnesium capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. In practice, this is felt not as a muscle relaxation, but as a more profound effect on the brain: calmer reactions, less tension, improved concentration, and easier sleep. This form works gently, without a pronounced laxative effect or stomach discomfort. The effect accumulates gradually: nervous system overload is reduced, tinnitus subsides, sleep becomes deeper, and it's easier to maintain attention during the day and avoid succumbing to fatigue. For situations of chronic stress, mental strain, sleep disturbances, or loss of concentration, threonate feels truly effective. It's convenient to use, acts predictably and smoothly, and has no side effects. This is one of those products whose effect manifests itself precisely where traditional forms of magnesium fail—at the level of cognitive function and nervous system stability.

Excellent for concentration

I ordered it for myself and my father because his concentration has weakened with age, and I noticed that it has noticeably strengthened his memory and concentration. He uses only two pills in half a day.
