I'd previously tried copper tablets, but I often experienced stomach discomfort. Switching to the ionic form from Eidon Ionic Minerals was a real revelation. It's not just a supplement, but a concentrate that the body recognizes and absorbs instantly. I noticed that my hair looked shinier and more vibrant, and my skin acquired an even, healthy tone. Few people know that without copper, iron doesn't convert well into hemoglobin. After adding this concentrate to my diet, my energy levels became more stable, and my pallor disappeared.

I chose this manufacturer because it doesn't contain any foreign impurities. My mother didn't taste the copper, but I did, but it wore off a few seconds later. After completing the course, I'll update my review and describe the benefits of copper, as I have severe pigmentation on my face, poor sleep, and a loss of energy.

High-quality copper in liquid form, not very pleasant to taste, small dosage, suitable for hair restoration and gray hair treatment.

Good quality product. The packaging is convenient and closes well. The pills are of normal size, easy to take. The smell is neutral, which is important to me. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase

I take 4 cal after lunch, the composition is clean, there are no additives, the course was prescribed for a month, but I think the contents will be enough for two more courses.
