I've been reading about the benefits of small doses of lithium. This brand was the best I could find, and the best type of lithium. I can alter the amount of dosage according to how many drops I use. A capsule is too strong, so this works perfectly for me. I was afraid that it would taste nasty, but it tastes like water.

Quality and benefits.

A good type of lithium and a small dose. Of course, the best type of lithium is orotate, and the dose is from five to sixty per day. Of course, five is enough, God willing. There's a course by Muhammad Al-Kilani that covers this very well. The ingredients are good.

Easy-to-use liquid lithium

Lithium supplements are rare, and the fact that this one is in liquid form makes it very convenient. Furthermore, this manufacturer has a consistent quality of liquid supplements, which is a great help to me since I tend to suffer from lithium deficiency.

working lithium 100%. I add it to drinking water on a daily basis, 5-6 drops per 2 liters of water. It gives its effect. More calm, less anxiety. Good stuff

To calm down and not be nervous during the day, you need to take lithium in the morning and everything will be fine. I prefer to take supplements in liquid form.

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but the product was a pleasant surprise. I've been taking it for a while now—nothing extraordinary, but my overall health has improved, and I have more energy. The capsules are convenient and easy to swallow, and they didn't cause any discomfort. I like that the ingredients are clear and straightforward. Overall, I'm impressed, and I think I'll take more and see how they work over a longer period of time.

great product and practical
सत्यापित खरीदारी
It delivers the often-misunderstood lithium in liquid form. It's very easy to take, has a neutral taste, and a pleasant texture. The bottle's size is practical for travel and at home. The packaging is durable and practical. It compensates for deficiencies, especially for people suspected of having dementia.
