Excellent for the colon, stomach and intestines. It was very beneficial for me because I was taking a lot of antibiotics and it affected the beneficial bacteria I had. It works to increase and multiply them and does not cause harm. You must follow the instructions carefully and take it based on a medical prescription.

The quality of this probiotic in particular is high, as it contains 40 billion units, and these are words and not advertisements, because all EVL products are tried and true, but the problem is that it is a little expensive, but do not compare it to the benefit, you feel that it is little because it is known what the benefit of beneficial bacteria is for the process of digestion and the intestines, and frankly, based on my experience, I felt a big difference. After the second bottle, I started to feel bloated and constipated, and my body started to feel light 😆😆😆

Quality: High; EVLution is known for its clean sports supplements. Package size: 60 vegetarian capsules. Amount per serving: Typically 10-20 billion colony-forming units (CFU) and 10 or more strains. Ingredients: Multi-strain probiotic blend (such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium), vegetarian capsule, no harmful fillers. Summary: Excellent for gut health and digestion. I recommend it, especially since it's vegetarian and reasonably priced.

Even though I took the probiotic supplements I had been taking, I couldn't get through the next morning and became constipated. I started taking this supplement with different ingredients because I wanted to relieve my constipation. When I went to bed at night, my stomach was rumbling and my intestines were moving. I started seeing results little by little, but the next morning, so I'm going to try my best for a while. Bacterial activity is really important! !
